Booking Deposits

A non refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment, this comes off the total price.  Please note that if you do not follow through with your appointment and give under 24 hrs notice of cancelation, or do not show up at all to your appointment then this deposit is non-refundable.  All new bookings require another deposit should you wish to rebook.  Clients can reschedule their own appointments up to 24 hours prior via the booking system if they want to change their booking, this way your booking deposit gets carried over to the new booking.

No shows

Clients who do not turn up to their appointment will not have their booking deposit refunded, and future appointments may require full upfront payment.

More than 1 no show appointment will result in no future bookings.

Showing up late

Unfortunately if I have another client booked straight after you, I can not complete your treatment in the remaining time frame and your appointment may have to be rescheduled and another booking deposit will be required before rebooking.   I do not rush or cut corners with these treatments.  Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment to ensure we are scheduled to commence on time.

Refunds

All treatments and deposits are non-refundable.

Children at Appointments

​

Due to safety and the small space in which treatments are being done in a tight time schedule allowed for each client.

One Little Room is a child free space.

Illness

​

Please ensure you are not unwell for your appointment, please reschedule your appointment if sick.  The booking deposit policy still applies for illness.
